Your Invoices and Account Statements Reach Customers on WhatsApp — Automatically

In Saudi Arabia, business happens on WhatsApp. SAIF ERP is accounting software connected to WhatsApp: every invoice you issue, every payment you receive and every change in a customer's or supplier's balance reaches them as a WhatsApp message the same moment. And you approve expenses and purchase requests from your phone with a single reply.

Why WhatsApp changes the way you run your business

Customers always know their balance

No more "how much do I owe?" calls and no disputes. The statement reaches them automatically after every transaction.

Faster collection

The invoice arrives right after the sale with the balance and payment details, so it gets paid sooner.

You stay in control from your phone

Expenses and purchases need your WhatsApp approval before they are recorded. Nothing is spent without you knowing.

What SAIF ERP sends on WhatsApp automatically

  • The tax invoice (PDF with QR code) the moment it is issued
  • The receipt voucher when a payment is received
  • The customer statement after every transaction or on a schedule (daily / weekly / monthly)
  • The supplier balance update after every purchase or payment
  • Expense and purchase approval requests to the business owner
  • Alerts: low stock, overdue invoices, daily cash in hand
  • End-of-day report: sales, receipts, expenses, cash and bank balances

How the connection works

We use the official WhatsApp Business API. Your business number is connected and messages go out in your name, from your number, in line with WhatsApp's policies. We never use unofficial numbers or tools.

Full control: nothing happens without you knowing

Every financial transaction in SAIF ERP follows an approval chain: staff enter it, you approve it on WhatsApp, the system records it. Real-time reconciliation between cash, bank and the system means any difference shows up the same day — not at month end.

Two sides of one system. The owner sees, approves and decides. The staff do the daily work in real time. Everything happens on WhatsApp and is posted in the ERP the same second.وجهان لنظام واحد. المالك يطّلع ويعتمد ويقرر. والموظفون ينجزون العمل اليومي لحظة بلحظة. كل ذلك على واتساب ويُرحّل في النظام في نفس الثانية.

A real-world example

A wholesale trading business in Dammam with 400 customers: before SAIF ERP, the collector spent the whole day on the phone. After connecting WhatsApp, every customer receives a weekly statement automatically, and overdue receivables fell noticeably within the first two months.
